Trimming
As your tree grows you want to make sure to trim the bottom branches, this helps the tree grow and look beautiful.
Fertilization
Fertilization is key for growing any plant, shrub or tree. I use spikes for all my trees and they are easy to install and last all season.
After planting (Good Watering is key!)
Once you have your new tree in the ground there are several things you need to do, so it can grow to a big beautiful Tree. First off you will need a 5 gallon bucket (with a small hole drilled in the bottom for watering.) Once you have your tree in the Ground Watering is key. I find that putting a 5 gallon bucket by the tree and letting the water drain out the bottom through the small hole you drilled, so it gets right down to the roots works really well. I am currently growing four Trees in my yard and I water them at least once a week. 5 gallons of water a week is a excellent amount for them to survive and thrive.
